Sproutwell is the brainchild of bakery industry veterans, creators who have experienced firsthand the benefits of working with sprouted grains, and the frustrations of unavailable supply and inconsistent quality.  These frustrations are echoed in multiple market channels like bakeries, food manufacturers, and flour millers.  We're here to solve these problems and eliminate these frustrations.


what we do:

Sproutwell brings highly-controlled and customizable production methods to the marketplace, supplying the food industry with a variety of products.  We are pleased to offer sprouted organic wheat as well as sprouted, gluten-free ancient grains like amaranth, millet, and quinoa, among others.

Just as important, we offer formulation consultation services along with our sprouted grains.  When a recipe changes from using non-sprouted to sprouted ingredients, the finished product fundamentally changes for the better.  We are here to guide you through the change process, which ends with a better tasting, better performing product, and a simplified ingredient panel.

Marc Olmsted  makes recipes a reality as an  Operations and R&D  leader.  His time as pastry chef at  Udi's Gluten Free  ensures we continue keeping customers first.

Chadwick White  is an artist, and bread is his medium.  A  Certified Master Baker , Chad's formulation talents helped  Udi's Gluten Free  become a household name.
